2024 Irvine Conservatory International Music Competition
Great News: We will host both LIVE competition and ONLINE competition this year!
LIVE COMPETITION(for pianists aged 5 to 18)
Date: July 27th and 28th, 2024
Location: Irvine Conservatory of Music (4840 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA92620)
AWARDS:
- The First, Second and Third Place Winners will be invited to perform at the Winners Recital at California State University Long Beach on July 28th, 2024.
- Top Winners will be invited to perform at Carnegie Hall on March 31st, 2025.
- Selected Winners will have the opportunity to participate at the Masterclass with Yale University piano professor Melvin Chen in Irvine in December 2024.
- All applicants will receive comments from the competition jury members.
ONLINE COMPETITION (for pianists, violinists, and cellists aged 5 to 24)
Competition Date: August 20th to September 16th, 2024
Online competition based on video submissions.
AWARDS:
- Cash Awards for Grand Prize Winners.
- Grand and First Prize Winners will be invited to perform in the winners concert at Carnegie Hall on March 31st, 2025.
- Selected Winners will have the opportunity to participate at the Masterclass with Yale University piano professor Melvin Chen in Irvine California in December 2024.
- All applicants will receive comments from the competition jury members.
